STEP 1

KNEAD FOR 2 MINUTES UNTIL A SOFT, SLIGHTLY STICKY AND STRETCHY DOUGH IS FORMED. PROVE FOR UP TO 2 HOURS.

FOR EASY BLUEBERRY JAM 🫐 HEAT BLUEBERRIES, SUGAR AND LEMON TOGETHER  AND SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES.

MIX BUTTER, CINNAMON AND BROWN SUGAR TOGETHER AND SPREAD OVER ROLLED OUT DOUGH.

COVER WITH TWO THIRDS OF JAM, ROLL UP AND CUT INTO 12 EQUAL ROLLS.  BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN.

BEAT TOGETHER BUTTER, SOFT CHEESE, VANILLA EXTRACT, AND CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR.
