Butter Biscoff Biscuits Digestives (Graham crackers) Salted Caramel Spread Cream cheese Mascarpone Vanilla extract Double (heavy) cream Fudge pieces Caster sugar
Crush biscuits together and mix into melted butter. Press into tin and refrigerate.
Mix together sugar, vanilla, cream cheese and mascarpone, Beat double cream and fold in.
Add in 3 lots of mixture to biscuit base, covering with salted caramel sauce and fudge pieces between layers,
Refrigerate for 4-12 hours, remove from tin,, then drizzle with salted caramel sauce and fudge.
