RUB BUTTER INTO SPELT FLOUR AND SALT, ADD WATER AND ROLL OUT INTO A CIRCLE.  LINE A FLUTED TART TIN.

STEP 1

PRICK THE  BASE OF THE TART  AND REFRIGERATE. FILL WITH BAKING BEANS AND BLIND BAKE.

FRY ONION AND GARLIC, ADD TO BAKED TART CASE. COVER WITH COOKED SALMON, SPINACH AND CHEESE.

ADD LIGHTLY BEATEN EGGS TO HEAVY CREAM AND DILL AND BEAT TOGETHER, SEASON AND ADD TO PIE.

SPRINKLE OVER MORE CHEESE AND THEN BAKE FOR 35-40 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN AND SET.
